Illuminating Nail Tone Perfector Base Coat

Ultra sheer violet pigments neutralize dull, stained or yellow nails to enhance and unify the natural tone of the nail plate and whiten the nail tips. Finely milled pigments brighten while Mica reflects light for natural nails that look younger and healthier. WIth Biotin, Green Tea, Sunflower Seed Oil and Vitamin E. Apply as a neutralizing base coat or wear alone for a perfected natural nail look.

Directions:
Apply a thin layer over bare nails. Let dry for 2 minutes before applying nail color.
