At Beyond Polish, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened products. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like nail lacquers and tools must remain in their original, sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
