How To Apply

 

 

1. Prep nails by pushing back cuticles, shaping the nail, and lightly buffing the nail surface.
2. Apply one coat of OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat.
3. Dip the nail into Queens Rule Powder Perfection and tap off excess powder.
4. Repeat base coat and dip powder application until desired coverage is achieved.
5. Apply Activator to cure and harden the powder layers.
6. Shape and buff nails for a smooth finish.
7. Apply OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat for a glossy, long-lasting shine.
